TERMS & CONDITIONS
( All the passengers arre hereby advised in their own interest to read, understand & implement all the terms & conditions carefully as they are binding)

The passenger can enroll his/her name in the Tour by paying a non-refundable registration fee as mentioned in the itinerary. The balance amount must be paid 45 days before the departure of the Tour. If the amount is not paid in time, the passenger must bear the consequent loss of the registration fee as well as the cancellation charges as mentioned in the itinerary.

It is mandatory to submit the Passport, Aadhaar & PAN Card copy of the passenger at the time of booking.

The passenger needs to fill, sign, and submit the hard copy of the booking/registration form to our Andheri office at the time of booking the Tour. The tour operator or any of their sales staff will only assist the passenger for the filling-up of the form if required.

Neither the Tour-Operator nor any of their staff/representative is responsible or liable for any delay, risk, loss, damage, theft, injury, disease, sickness, death etc. During the Tour, however it may have been caused.

We are merely tour operators and we do not control any airline, cruise, shipping company, coach-operator, hotel or supplier of any service or facility. Hence, we are not responsible or accountable for any lapse or defect in the service of such service providers as mentioned above.

The Tour-operator reserves the right to cancel and alter the routes, carriers, timetable, itinerary, accommodation, with or without prior notice to the passenger.

No expense, loss or liability arising in any way with respect to any aspect of the Tour will not exceed the total amount paid for the Tour.

The Tour-operator reserves the right to cancel/postpone the announced Tour anytime without having to give a reason. In such case the operator’s responsibility is limited only to refund the amount paid by the passenger without any additional compensation whatsoever.

Any increase in the airfare / visa charges and the most recent applicable Government Tax will be solely borne by the passenger only.

The passenger is responsible for handling and taking care of his own luggage & property. The Tour-operator, Tour Manager or any staff is not responsible for handling and taking care of the passenger’s luggage.

Passenger having excess baggage other than that allowed as per Airline/Transport authority & rules, shall bear the excess baggage charges, and pay them directly to the Airlines/Airline authorities.

The room should be checked out and all Hotel bills should be cleared before 30 minutes of the scheduled departure of the Group.

Payment for incidentals like drinks, beverages, snacks, in-room-dining, TV channels, etc. or any damage caused in the room during the stay will be borne solely by the passenger.

The Hotels mentioned in the Tour itinerary are subject to change without prior notice.

All optional or extra activities are at additional cost and are payable by the passenger.

In case of any loss/damage to the property of the Hotel, Bus, Coach-operator, Tour-operator, or any other relevant party involved in the Tour by the passenger, he/she must compensate the concerned party immediately during the Tour itself.

In case of any cancellation by the passenger, a credit note will be issued after the respective deduction of the registration fee, cancellation charges (as mentioned in the itinerary), flight, visa, cruise, and GST charges.

The request for cancellation of the Tour by the passenger will be accepted in writing only.

If the passenger decides to break their journey during or at end of the Tour, no refund for the balance period of the Tour shall be granted and the further onward journey arrangement and expense will be the sole responsibility of the passenger only.

If there is a loss of days at the stay of a hotel, or if any sightseeing or activity is missed due to any unavoidable circumstances, no refund will be given to the passenger in this respect.

If a Tour cannot commence due to circumstances beyond the control of the Tour operator such as riots, war, political disturbances, change of Government rules, pandemic, floods, earthquake, breakdown/discontinuation of Air/Road services, etc., then minimum 15% of the Tour cost will be deducted by the Tour operator as processing charges. Cancellation charges of Visa, Airlines & Cruise will be additionally applicable as per their respective guidelines over and above the processing charges.

If the passenger has any complaint or claim, it must be submitted in writing in hard copy to our Andheri Office within 15 days after the completion of the Tour. No complaint or claim shall be entertained after this period.

Each of these conditions are separate and severable from the other. If any provision be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall nonetheless have full force and effect.

All Tours departing out of India are subject to rules laid down by RBI/Government of India.
