(By a very happy traveler who finally said goodbye to planning stress!)

For years, Bali has been on my bucket list. But as a woman, planning an international trip—the safety, the transfers, the food logistics—felt like a giant puzzle. This year, my friends and I decided to go for a fully organized, women-centric package, and honestly, it was the best decision we’ve ever made.

From the moment we landed, to the moment we left, we were perfectly looked after. Here is my day-by-day story of how Velvet Vacations turned Bali from a dream into a truly tension-free reality!o

Day 1-3: Kuta, (Culture, and Pure Adrenaline)

When we landed at Denpasar Airport, the first thing we saw was Kamlesh Bhai holding a clear signboard, and the beautiful Welcome Garland by the Hotel  instantly made us feel special and safe. No stress over finding a taxi or Struggling—just a private transfer straight to the comfortable Amnaya Hotel in Kuta.

The next two days were pure fun and adventure:

  • Watersports Day: We started with the classic trifecta at Benoa: Jet Ski, Banana Boat, and Parasailing. I’m usually nervous about water activities, but the operators were so professional, and knowing our local guide was nearby, it gave me the confidence to fly high!
  • Sunset Magic: The highlight was the evening visit to Uluwatu Temple. Climb high on a cliff, the sunset was unforgettable. Watching the vibrant Kecak Dance Show as the sky turned fiery orange was the perfect mix of culture and drama.
  • Theme Park Thrills: Day 3 gave us a fun break at Trans Studio Bali. It was awesome to feel like a kid again, flying over Indonesia on the “Flying over Indonesia” ride. It was a great day of pure, lighthearted fun with my friends!

The Best Part: Our Tour Guide Kamlesh Bhai was present with us to handle all the logistics. The entrance tickets of the Activities & sightseeings were already taken care of,  so we just had to be there to experience the activity.

 Day 4-5: Ubud’s Soulful Sanctuary

This was the part of the trip that left us deeply refreshed. We transferred to Sanctoo Suites & Villas near Ubud. The hotel was dreamy! The complimentary full-day access to Bali Zoo was a highlight, offering the exotic thrill of waking up near incredible wildlife. Ubud is the heart of Bali, and Day 5 gave us the quintessential experience:

  • Volcanic Views & Coffee: We drove up to see the majestic Kintamani Volcano View. Then came the coffee plantation visit, where we got to taste local brews and see the green scenery.
  • Tegalalang Terraces: Walking through the iconic Tegalalang Rice Terraces was like stepping into a postcard. Our guide Kamlesh Bhai was great at showing us the best photo spots without feeling rushed.
  • Monkey Forest: Visiting the Ubud Monkey Forest was hilarious and slightly chaotic! We laughed so much watching the monkey’s interact.

The Care Factor: In Ubud, you feel deeply immersed in nature, but the clean, pre-arranged vegetarian meals from the Indian restaurants  meant we didn’t have to worry about our food , which is a major relief while traveling.

Day 6-7: Sunset Serenity and Goodbye

For our final night, we transferred to the beautiful Four Points by Sheraton Ungasan—another gorgeous property. The evening was dedicated to the ultimate Bali sunset spot: Tanah Lot Temple .

Watching the waves crash against that iconic sea temple as the sun dipped below the horizon was the most peaceful way to end the journey. It felt like Bali was blessing us goodbye.

The Final Comfort: On departure day, everything was seamless. Our private car was waiting right on time, taking us straight to the airport. There was zero stress, zero confusion, and zero frantic packing moments.

Final Verdict: Why This Package is Perfect for Women

If you’re looking for an unforgettable Bali trip where you can truly switch off and focus only on the joy of travel, this is it.

  1. Safety & Logistics: All transfers are private, pre-booked, and perfectly on schedule. As women travel together, this immediate feeling of security is priceless.
  2. Balanced Itinerary: It perfectly blends adventure (watersports, Trans Studio), culture (Uluwatu, Tanah Lot, Kintamani), and relaxation (Sanctoo, beautiful hotels).
  3. No Hidden Hassles: Entrances, transfers, visas—it was all taken care of.

I came home with a refreshed soul and a camera full of beautiful memories. I highly recommend this thoughtful itinerary for any woman or group of friends looking to experience Bali without the burden of planning!
